Absolutely Incredible !!! The Best Airbnb we have ever experienced !!! Our host Itzel was Great !! Beautiful house, Spacious, modern. Greeted with complimentary Drinks and Snacks. Convenient to everywhere in Tulum. We give it 10 Stars !!!!

I was initially worried before booking because of the construction comments and the weather around this time..as I have to be away to work remote. But wow! Me and my brother had a great relaxing time. It’s what we wanted. Although there were construction going on nearby, it was not distracting me to work. And it was so nice to unwind at the beach and by dock looking at the clear water and different species of fish. Kayak’s were free to use too. Everytime I had questions, host was responsive and helpful. They even recommended things to do and nearby resto’s prior to us heading there. Place was clean and modern lovely. Would definitely come back again with my fam or friends in the future. The people were friendly/warm as well.😊 If one likes things peaceful and quiet, this is the place to be. Thank you so much for having us. Hope we can come back again soon!

Our stay at this property was a 10/10. The concierge was super helpful in planning our trip and answered all of our questions super quick. This location was perfect because it’s right in between the center of Tulum (restaurants, shops, more local vibe) and also right by the hotel zone and beach zone which is the more touristy area. It was perfect to have a combination of both areas and really gave us an authentic “Mexican experience”. The air bnb was lovely and looked just like the pictures. We felt safe 100% of the time!! We will definitely be returning here!!
