First level: You will find our beautiful and spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, the living room has Smart TV.

The property has large windows and is very bright, you will have views of the gardens and the jungle of the area, the pool is completely private and is located in the garden on the first level, you can enjoy tranquility and harmony in the environment of luum zama.

We have one bedroom with king size bed, smart TV and full bathroom on the first floor.

Second level: There are two bedrooms

Bedroom 1: 1 queen size bed, lock off system, independent access, private bathroom, dressing room and minibar, views from the terrace to the jungle.

Bedroom 2: 2 single beds, private bathroom and view to the jungle and our private pool.

Parking is within the gated community (no assigned parking).

At the security booth indicate that you are going to NUUCH condominium, they will register your name with ID and license plates of the car you are entering.

Nuuch is located within the community of LUUM ZAMA, it has controlled access so it is important to coordinate your arrival with our concierge service so we can announce your access.

-CONSTRUCTION
Tulum is a destination that is currently experiencing real estate growth, so it is important that you know that in all areas there are constructions around and there may be dirty roads.
Construction hours are typically 9am to 5pm, but may occasionally be extended from 8am to 6pm Monday through Saturday.
Depending on the stage of construction, there may be loud and disturbing noise.

-FAUNA-
In Tulum we have a great diversity of species such as turtles, jaguars, tropical fish, birds, rodents and insects.
Due to the vegetation we have, the climate, and the constructions, you may find some visitors, this has nothing to do with dirt, far from it, they are simply in their habitat that they share with us, they are not dangerous.
