Other Important Information About Tulum

– CONSTRUCTION –
Tulum is currently experiencing real estate growth, so it’s important to know that there are constructions around and sometimes unpaved roads. Construction hours are usually from 9 AM to 5 PM, but they can occasionally extend from 8 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Saturday. Depending on the construction phase, there may be loud and annoying noise.

– WILDLIFE –
Tulum has a great diversity of species, such as turtles, jaguars, tropical fish, birds, rodents, and insects. Due to the vegetation, climate, and construction, you may encounter a visitor. This is not related to dirt or hygiene; they are simply in their habitat, which we share with them. They are not dangerous animals or insects.

– BASIC SERVICES –
Tulum is experiencing significant growth for which it was not originally designed, and the government and service companies are working to improve this. However, it is possible that services such as water, electricity, and internet may be interrupted due to weather or maintenance situations, which are completely out of our control. Occasionally, they may notify us in advance, and if so, we will communicate it to you promptly, but many times these situations occur without prior notice.

Rest assured that we will do everything possible to ensure you have the best stay, but we ask for your understanding regarding situations that are simply beyond our control.
