– **Cleaning:** For stays of less than 7 nights, there is no change of sheets and towels or daily cleaning; this can be added for an additional fee. A courtesy cleaning is included every 7 nights.

**Construction:** Tulum is growing, and there may be construction noise. Hours are generally from 9 AM to 5 PM, with possible extensions.
**Wildlife:** Tulum is home to a variety of wildlife; they are not dangerous and simply share their habitat with us.
**Basic Services:** There may be interruptions in water, electricity, or internet due to the area’s growth, which are beyond our control.
